What Is Anti-Cult Publishing?
Anti-Cult Publishing is the independent nonprofit press behind every book on this site. We're a 501(c)(3) publishing house based in New Mexico — which means we're not answering to investors, algorithms, or the commercial publishing industry's idea of what books should be.
We publish two lines: the ColorSlut! series by ChiChi Richie — monochrome parody coloring books for creative rebels and neurodivergent minds — and the Book of Cults series by Jen Bee — applied cultural criticism for the ideologically exhausted.
Both lines are built around the same core belief: books should challenge, not comfort. They should hand you something useful and get out of the way.

Who Is The Anti-Cult Organization?
The Anti-Cult Organization is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit behind Anti-Cult Publishing. We exist because the world is full of commodified rebellion, performative healing, and self-help theater — and someone needed to publish the counterargument.
We're based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We don't have a wellness blog. We're not building a movement. We make books, we run a coaching practice, and we try to produce work that's actually useful to people who are done pretending.
